Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Lunare Home. If for any reason your purchase isn’t right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Your right to cancel

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
All tags, liners, and protective packaging must be intact

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

This applies in particular to silk pillowcases, eye masks, and hair accessories.

3. How to initiate a return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

4. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation window

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarehome.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter promptly in accordance with UK consumer law.

Unusual Return Patterns

9. Lunare Home reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate an unusual pattern of returns, including but not limited to: purchasing and returning multiple items across several orders, or repeatedly returning items after use. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our hygiene standards and to ensure fairness to all customers.
