1.⁠ ⁠Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2.⁠ ⁠UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer the following shipping options for our customers within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £3.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders of £40 or more.

We primarily use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

3.⁠ ⁠International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days.

Important Note for International Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other fees levied by your country’s customs department. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lunare Home is not responsible for these fees, and they are not included in our shipping charges.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipment Confirmation

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Lost Packages

We take full responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you.

Damaged Items: If you receive an order that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarehome.co.uk. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking information is unclear, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement or refund.
